The audience felt that a card was randomly selected from the 52 playing cards (8 of Heart in this example). The magician showed the key ring, and the prophecy on it reads the card “Your card”.
Just as the audience smiled knowingly, the magician turned the key ring, and “your card was slowly transformed into “8 of Heart”.
