This effect was inspired by Hyunsoo Kim, mentor of Ethan Yip (Product Lead at ILLUWIZARD).
Hyunsoo Kim believes that a great magic trick should make the audience think-and this routine delivers exactly that.
Stuff the red silk into the tube-it transforms into blue.
Push the blue silk back in, and the audience confidently expects red… but it emerges yellow.
Repeat the action once more. The audience now anticipates another color change-only to feel a brief sense of relief when it appears to “return to red.”
But then, in a stunning twist, you pull it out-and it has become streamers. Gasps guaranteed.
As the final climax, the streamers instantly transform into a cane, bringing the routine to a powerful, show-stopping finish.
